This principle is the heart of the DiSC family of products. By definition, they are personality assessments. But at their core, they reveal the lenses through which we see the world. They help us to understand the different personality styles, what drives each of them, and what stresses each one out. They help us to understand the lenses through which others see us and offer us insight on using what we’ve learned to improve our communication skills.
